Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) is a public institution of higher learning located in Troy, New York. Founded in 1953 and part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, HVCC offers more than 80 degree and certificate programs through its four schools: Business; Engineering & Industrial Technologies; Health Sciences; and Liberal Arts and Sciences.
