The Basic Nurse Assistant Training Program at Black Hawk College offers an eight-week course designed to prepare students for a career as a nurse assistant. The program includes nursing theory with CPR and Alzheimer's training, along with a clinical practicum. Upon completion, students will have met the educational requirements necessary to take the Nurse Aide Training Competency Evaluation Program test in Illinois.
