The Medical Assisting Program equips students with essential clinical skills and offers hands-on training in a WE CARE classroom environment. Students are prepared for various career paths in health care and have the opportunity to complete an externship. The program also provides certification preparation for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam.

The Associate Program at East Ohio College requires a total of 94 credits. The tuition cost varies depending on the student's status. Full-time students taking 12 or more credits per quarter will pay $3,995.00 per quarter. Students taking 9-11 credits (¾ time) will pay $3,395.00 per quarter, while those taking 6-8 credits (½ time) will pay $2,795.00. Students taking less than half time (1-5 credits) will pay $2,195.00 per quarter. The estimated total tuition cost for the program ranges from $31,960 to $39,950, depending on the number of credits taken per quarter. Please note, there is an additional resource fee of $450.
