Medical Assisting

The Medical Assisting Program equips students with essential skills in clinical procedures, anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, lab procedures, and medical office management. The inclusion of an externship provides practical experience in real-world settings.

- Medical Terminology: Structure, pronunciation, and definitions of medical words

- Medical Office Management: Daily operations, electronic health records, billing, and coding
- Externship: Practical experience in occupational settings
