The Medical Assisting Program equips students with essential skills in clinical procedures, anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, lab procedures, and medical office management. The inclusion of an externship provides practical experience in real-world settings.

• Medical Assisting Certificate (Charlotte campus): 8 months for full-time students or 14 months for part-time students
• Medical Assisting Certificate (Charleston and Columbia campuses): 8 months for full-time students or 14 months for part-time students
• Medical Assisting Diploma (Miami Lakes and West Palm Beach campuses): 8 months for full-time students or 14 months for part-time students
• Medical Assisting Associate in Applied Science Degree (Charleston and Columbia campuses): 16 months for full-time students or 22 months for part-time students
• Medical Assisting Associate in Applied Science Degree (Charlotte campus): 16 months for full-time students or 22 months for part-time students
