The Health Science program at Waynesville Career Center is offered exclusively to high school seniors interested in exploring various careers in health care. This one-year program provides students with foundational skills such as taking vital signs, understanding medical terminology, and learning basic patient care techniques. Additionally, students receive CPR and First Aid training and may qualify to take the Certified Nurse Assistant exam.
