- Administrative Skills: Covering medical law, ethics, professional and patient relations, and medical office procedures.
- Clinical Skills: Hands-on experience in vital signs, drawing blood, injections, and minor surgeries.
- Medical Knowledge: Studies in anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, lab procedures, and pharmacology.
- Practical Experience: 160 hours of practicum in a physician's office.
- Certification Preparation: Eligibility for certifications like Certified Medical Assistant (CMA-AAMA) and Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
